Blessed are the ones who are humble.

I believe that some people are depressed every single day but I believe that their steps into fixing that is one first and foremost find God immediately two instead of running to somebody and expressing your problems every single day just sitting there just telling somebody your problems every single day find some friends go to the gym instead of talking about your problems talk about your goals talk about your dreams focus on something that is not negative if there’s two wolves one’s chained up in the dark one’s chained up in the light which one lives yeah absolutely the one in the light the one you feed interesting so could feed the one in the dark all day and it’s going to live and the one in the light’s going to die what are you focusing on so I’m not saying that if you’re depressed that it’s in your head I believe that you’re putting it in your head and I believe that you could fix this by your mouth start by taking actions and taking accountability for what you are saying it’s all about your mouth your tongue is the sharpest thing in the world

  1. Everyone with depression should follow the 2 steps. Step 1 seek God
Step 2 find friends that makes you stay positive. My friends keeps me sane and strong.

  2. Depression doesn't fix sometimes, even after doing all that. The two wolves makes it an uncomfortable scenario because being depressed can also happen to someone who is a believer of God and Jesus and lives in the light. Depression is a very personal illness.
It's painful, it hurts deeply where no one can see or understand. Yes, only God can help.
But like any illness. God may or may not heal.
And yes it hurts and there are people/family that understand that and others who will only judge.

  3. I hate when people who don’t know what true depression is, talk about it and try to give advice on it. George even said “to beat depression focus on your goals and dreams” but little does he know that a truly depressed person doesn’t have any goals or dreams…. People who were never really depressed or don’t know what true depression is, should just stfu and not talk about it

  4. "Find God", ………….
Well where to begin? Do we tell him that finding god is just persuading yourself in believing that he exists without any proof of is existence? That's the principle of faith, believing in something we are not sure it exist, for me it's a waste of time. I see the benefit, but i don't want to say, hey I healed because i have faith in god and by believing in god I embrace is love, no thats garbage mindset for weak people. I want to be proud of myself and say, hey I got a really rough life, i did hit rock bottom but the best change in my life and for anyone else is when your experience the deepest pain.
I don't believe in god but I will say this.
The road to heaven feels like hell and the road to hell feels like heaven, so if god do exist who would you think he will be proud of? The one that prayed for him to help him in his misery lamenting himself wanting for a divine blessing (stupidity in my opinion) or the one that as clarity over is own life, see the flow, and fix them to be good in your life without the help of anyone?
And I think it's important to do our things without having faith because it discredit your own merit, at least that's how I see this, I'm not eng so sorry if I mispel some words
Tell me what you think about that !!

  5. I don't know my goals anymore I don't know my dreams anymore, there's nothing in my life right now that is positive enough for me to not feel like shit
