This is day 18 of riding around the world. We started the day on Brack Island and rode down to Bowl to see the famous White Pebble Beach. The road winds through the pine trees and rocky hills with sea views that stretch out for miles. We stopped for a coffee by the water. One last slow moment before leaving island life behind. We’d booked our ferry tickets online, so it was all pretty simple. There’s just something about riding your bike onto a ferry that feels adventurous. Like the road doesn’t stop, it just floats for a bit. Docking back on the mainland felt like jumping straight back into the flow. We followed the coast for a while, then turned inland towards Bosnia and Herzuggavvenia. The border was quiet, and the landscape shifted almost instantly, more rugged, more raw, and full of character. By late afternoon, we’d arrived in Mosa. We checked into a hotel, dropped the bags, and headed out to explore. Cobbled streets, old markets, and of course, the famous old bridge. We found a local spot for dinner, then wandered through the old town again just as the light faded. It’s a place that feels different. A mix of beauty, history, and something you can’t quite put into words.
