Hey, I’m Aman studying MSC business economics at OVGU Mark Deber. I get asked a lot why OVGU. First of all, the university’s reputation is growing fast, especially in economics, engineering, and computer science. It’s young, founded in 1993, but that’s the part of the charm. It’s dynamic, flexible, and future oriented. Our professors are not just teaching. They are active researchers. public papers, consulting for forms, even advising policy. It’s not just theory here. It’s real world thinking and honestly the international environment is amazing. I have worked on projects with students from all over. It really prepares you for global business. Now, if I had to mention one downside barrier, a lot of daily life in Germany still runs in Germany. And yeah, it does affect part-time job opportunities too. Many role expect at least B1 level German. So if you are coming here, start learning the basics early. It will make a big difference. Trust me. That said, OVG’s connection with companies are solid from internship to thesis project. That’s real opportunity to grow. So yeah, ranking matters. OBJ is globally in the top 400 to 500. But honestly, it’s a mix of strong academic, real world experience and international vibe that makes it worth. If you are thinking about it, go for it. OVG has been the right choice for me.
