The toys were filled with plastic pellets, and each one came with a heart-shaped tag stating the Beanie Baby’s name and birthday. Now, people camped outside stores just to get the latest model. 1. I bought about 10 of them a couple years ago from a chain of local dollar stores that sells discount items and closeouts. I was shocked to see them, so I snatched them right up. I still have all of mine from the 90s and I'm counting on the market for them to sky rocket for my retirement.
