I’ve never ridden my bike much in my homeland. [Music] [Music] For the first two chapters of the year, riders crossed from Spain to Italy, cross the Pyrenees, the Aenines, Alps, and all the way to the North Sea. They created the stories of friendship and endurance and cross countries and mountain rages that I have also crossed by bike. I only started cycling after I’d left Norway. So, there is something special for me about bringing Via home and to finally discover what it’s like cycling across my own country. In 2026, Via Chapter 3 goes north to Norway, and I will get to live my own country through the stories and the eyes of each rider. Some of the best ultra cyclists in the world are coming here to test themselves against our mountains, our landscapes, and against each other. I also hope that many more riders from the Nordics will join us and share the roads and our culture with riders from all over the world. For me, this chapter of VIA is different. It’s the final chapter of the trilogy, and we will finish where I grew up. Welcome to Scandinavia. will come and h
