While I was cycling, I had another famous quote that I remembered and it was basically about how in cycling, the hardest part is not riding, it’s actually getting on the bike. And that made me think about momentum, pedaling, and just keeping that motion alive. It’s basically the only thing that can break up stailness and create growth. So it’s so true because you know if you take one day off the bike potentially two days three days by the time you know it you might have already wasted a week to two weeks. So you know anytime in life that you have any stillness or you don’t feel like you have momentum. If you can just get you know the pedals you know figuratively turning you will be in a net positive because that compounds and that can exponentially grow uh off the bike on the bike. So yeah, I just love that because I didn’t ride yesterday. Um, and getting back on the bike just feels good and then you carry that momentum for the rest of the week. So just wanted to share that.
