Why Palace of Versailles Is Worth Visiting

This was my first visit to Palace of Versailles and this is how it went. The chateau was roughly an hour from central Paris. Upon arrival, there’s a fairly steep uneven road to the entrance gate, but after security, the interior is breathtaking, including lavish rooms with exquisite furnishings. Obviously, the famous hall mirrors is the grand gallery with ceiling paintings. Lastly, the enormous garden features symmetrical layouts with numerous flower beds and fountains.
