Running on low sleep after yesterday’s washout, Day 16 was a shorter, strategic push from Bishop’s Castle to Hereford. We got a great dose of history passing the magnificent Ludlow Castle, but quickly got muddy again on an unexpected trail. The reward for the grit? We finished the day off the ground and in the comfort of Oliver’s Guesthouse! A great recovery ahead of tomorrow’s ride.

This is day 16 of cycling end to end UK edition. No face cam today unfortunately. Was feeling pretty pretty exhausted from the cycle yesterday. Didn’t have good sleep. Started off at Green Caravan Park at Bishop’s Castle and we plan to get to Heraford. On the way to Heraford, we passed by Lello Castle which is pretty cool. Had a little break here. Wasn’t really in the mood for filming today, so I’ll keep it short. trail at the end was really annoying, really bumpy, and I arrived at the hotel just caked in mud. We stayed at a guest house, Oliver’s guest house, so I’m happy to be sleeping in a bed. See you tomorrow for day
