And um yeah, and uh so I just put them up into like 16 minutee long videos. So, yeah, like I said, um I’ll start an intro on them and end them like normal. So, let’s hope our bikes don’t break, they start, we don’t crash, and wish us well. Like I said, hopefully everyone’s doing amazing. Um hopefully you’re enjoying the channel and the videos. Hard work. The time we even got here, our arms were aching. I know it looks easy on the videos, but sometimes it Well, you know, don’t you? Um, it’s all the same as off-roading is on road. Um, only if not sketchier because like I said, you got ruts, you got wet bits, you got roots, you got bricks, you got um dog walkers and people going about as well. So, So, we’re straight away in a freaking rat. Um, so like I said, it’s not all about ragging. It’s about scenery. Look at the scenery. It’s about the view. It’s about the scenery. Um, yeah, and not dying. So, just take it easy. Go at your own pace. Do what you can do. Um, like I said, it’s very hard to try and ride and concentrate and vlog vlog vlog. Woo. Um, and it definitely takes out your doing this, but it’s all fun. This is why you should definitely get a bike and a Duro especially. Just keep on freaking wheelieing it over things. So, it’s very calm at the moment, but we’re going to go through the stairs of death to warm us up. Look at that view. The stairs of death to warm us up, and then um yeah, we’ll be getting on with it. Well, like I said, you’re going to be in for an amazing couple of videos soon um coming up. So, we’re going to have a long enduro. Tra’s going to be out of action for a while. Woo! So, if anyone wanted to know, um, Alex is on a Honda XR 650 and I’m on a CRF Honda 450 and, um, well, mine’s a 450X. And, uh, yeah, we’re out in the middle of nowhere, tent way, and uh, just going on a nice little enduro. Someone told me that this stuff wasn’t enduro and but it is anything going across obstacles and country is enduro in my eyes. It’s still it is green laning sort of highway and enduro and it’s whatever in it. It’s called having fun anyway and getting out and not being in cuz uh like I said this is what life’s all about you beautiful people. And I like to spread that in my channel. the fact that you should be out enjoying yourself, doing what you can when you can, not be sitting indoors wasting your life away. Unless you really enjoy sitting indoors, wasting your life away or playing video games or something like that. Um, but it’s something I couldn’t do all the time. I like to get out and do stuff at least to try to anyway. Uh, woo. So, where’s the mud? Where’s the mud that we’re looking for the mudom? Yeah. So, we got rusty cuz we got rid of the old enduros and then we got superbikes and now we’re back on the enduros, but we still got the superbikes. So, we’re doing the best of both worlds. Um it is what it is. You can see really how tight it is down here. How Al’s just like squinging and scraping. He barely fits through that boy. I can flying up there, boy. That’s what I mean. The stones and [Â __Â ] I just had to be careful of the stones. Wow. Absolutely amazing view from back here the boy here. There’s too many people in this day and age that are depressed and down and don’t know what to do with theirelves and I’m one of them sometimes. So, I definitely have my days. But like I said, this is very good therapeutic for me getting out and riding around and just enjoying things. I would advise it to everyone and anyone. Um, even if you ain’t got a dirt bike or anything like that, push bike walking, you know, take your dog out for a walk and go out and walk around the wilderness and look at nature. Not just like, you know, walk through like most people do and just walk through because of walking the dog. Actually look at everything around you and soak it in. vibe it. Um, you know, like I said, it’s all the small things, the pebbles, the leaves, the wind blowing. It’s the small aesthetic things like that. You savor every moment in life. Oh, we’re stopping. And that my thing is though is when you’re hanging around with someone every single day and or talking to him every single day too much, it can get too much. Um and uh yeah, you get sick of them. You know, like I said, you got to just deal with people in small doses. So, we’re out on a little adventure talking life right now. Yeah. And uh another thing is like not seeing your friends for ages and ages or speaking to them and then you just pop up again and you’re like you’re all right and uh you know you’re still friends. But some people aren’t like that. They get very salty if you ain’t talking to them for like a week. They’re like but um I understand to get salty if they’ve been discluding you from stuff like they’re all going out on trips and [Â __Â ] and you’re not inviting your one mate there. But if they’re like, you know, you got to consider that they might be going through something. They might be indoors, you know, depressed as a monkey, a baby monkey or something like that. So you always need to become prepared when you’re out on journeys like this and really be vigilant and think about it logically that you know you’re going in the middle of pretty much nowhere with a heavy bike and if you want to leave your bike there that’s all makes it easier but if you’re like me and you don’t want to leave your bike you got to take the bike with you and um like I said you need to make sure you got drink water tools um tire world which Alex has lot and um your concentration mainly like I said riding the bike’s actually really easy cuz you just yeah you go when it’s going it goes. I mean, granted, off-roading is a bit freaking hard, but um yeah, it’s more the concentration, having your eyes on the the freaking ball, you know? Uh absolutely amazing. For instance, say if you’re just sitting indoors all day playing the Xbox or the PlayStation every single day getting up playing the PlayStation, getting up playing the PlayStation, getting up playing the Xbox, getting up PlayStation. Each one of those days is one day, you know, you’ve not done anything different. Yeah, fair enough. You might have played a different game, had a different conversation, but you’re not really doing anything. You know, I’m sorry if you’re a gamer and you think I’m digging on you. You do what you like. I don’t discriminate really. You know, anyone can do what they like in this life, but it’s just my opinion and I think it’s very wasteful. You should try and do something different each day. Even if it’s like walking your dog in a different place each day, because um at least you know you’ve done something different each day and you can remember back on the the beautiful places you’ve seen or the different things you’ve done. Alex is cheekily getting ahead and I can’t. So, I’m going to have to be stuck behind the window cleaning van while Alex is being a cheeky monkey like you, little dicky monkey. So, like I said, hopefully enjoying the channel and that. We have emotions. all these chemicals and [Â __Â ] flying around in your body. Some things are just uncontrollable. You can control them to an extent, but some things are really uncontrollable. Um, you know, it feels like that when you get in a depressive mood, you know, and you start to get depressed and um you go through a stage where it just it feels like there’s no hope for anything. And it’s really quite sad like, you know, you just feel like you’re never going to get better. and you feel like there’s nothing that’s ever going to make it better. There’s no one who’s going to talk you out of it and you really feel worthless and like it’s the end of the line. But um out of all your will, you need to just think, “Nope, that’s just today.” And it help if someone does say that to you. And like I’m saying it to you now, it it’s just the day, mate. You’ll wake up and tomorrow could feel completely different. Each day is very different. But a good way to try and make you feel better is by telling yourself when you wake up um you’re not worthless. Say it to yourself in your mind or say it out loud. You’re not worthless. You’re worth something. You know you’re happy and you’re going to have a good day. Just say that to yourself and say it multiple times until it’s stuck in your head and then it will be in your head.
