It’s day seven and we’re about to catch the ferry to finally get to the long cycle pass run through the forests by the Atlantic coast. So, welcome to the Daily Drone. Today’s drone footage comes one from one of the many long straight cycle paths with trees either side that we cycle on today. Was lovely to start with, but I did start to get PTSD after a while. To try and take my mind off it, we decided to play I Spy. I could only think of things beginning with T. Fortunately, to break things up, we did make it to the coast several times with the impressive miles and miles of sandy beaches. Fact of the day, if you would start to swim from this beach in a straight line, then eventually you’d drown. Today’s gassed sure was between a custard tart, a vanilla slice, and a chocolate sicy type thing. There was also a wild card entry from a blueberry muffin and some carrot cake, but a vanilla slice held on for the win. So, today was the best day we’ve had and more like what we signed up for. We had 55 miles of continuous cycle track, nice weather, nice cakes, nice coffee, and some visits to the seasides.
