
I’d ordered the new 2025 electric P line in pacific lacquer a few days ago. I was very happy when they shipped my order the very next day, due for delivery today.
Bike just got delivered by UPS. As soon as I opened the box and saw the old battery pack I knew they’d screwed up. The 2025 range has a different battery bag so I knew it was the wrong bike.
The bike itself is in bolt blue colour and you can tell right away it’s the previous gen because the motor is at the front.
Just been on live chat with Brompton and someone is going to reach back later in the day to arrange collection of this bike and a replacement to be sent.
I’m so disappointed as I was really looking forward to seeing it and trying it out today.
I mean at the end of the day no harm done and I should get my order but I just expected better service.
