Was lucky to pick this Peugeot off the verge today (Australia) and am planning to do a general clean and tidy up to get it back up and running and enjoy . I couldn’t find a serial number anywhere on it and haven’t had any luck identifying it yet in the catalogues. Oh and when that seatpost moved freely upon loosening the clamp 🙌 (stem yet to be checked).

year /model, and accordingly will it have standard BB threading etc?

are the racks /lights of any importance? I love the dainty front rack/light support so would like to keep that. Is the rear rack meant to curve like it is, or meant to be flat? I’ll probably ditch the fenders as they’re bent/broken. Were there holes drilled originally for the light wiring through the head/down tube lug and chain stays or has the original owner got out the drill?
