Another strange GCN short where I’m not sure what the takeaway is supposed to be. Personally I run 70 psi for 30mm tubeless so I would say none of the above pressures are right for me.
Not sure why they don't need pedals at these low tyre pressures. For me, it has to be 100 psi narrow tyres with tubes, rim brakes and square tapers forever!

70-80psi on 700x28c depending on weather, route, etc. 60psi on tubeless, maybe, depending on the tire.
Weight of the rider? Width of the tyre? That video is useless.

How many times are you guys gonna post this video? Is this "quality content"?
Here I am still running 90psi!
200psi track tubulars. Now man up for that rock hard ride!
100 psi for 700 x 25 me being 175lbs at any road condition. Fast and stable speed.
Ooh. The less pressure, the squishier it is! Who’d have thought?
I'm typically running ~90 psi in my 700×23's. At one time when I was heavier, I ran 110. Was that optimal? Probably not.
¿?
700x23C tubed tires… I like 620kpa front (90PSI/6.2 bar) & 655kpa (95PSI/6.5 bar) rear.
