Noise coming from rear wheel ?

May anyone tell me why it’s making this sound? I greased the free hub ball bearings ( not sealed , it has 9 on each side ) and adjusted the free hub axel cones , it has a tiny bit of play that disappears once wheel is placed in the dropouts and tightened . No wheel play and the wheel spins freely for over 15 seconds. I also pulled out and greased and tightened the bottom bracket . The sound doesn’t seem to come from the bottom bracket and it’s only audible when on the bike repair stand , I don’t notice this sound when riding the bike . Thanks for your help if anyone may .
