Hello everyone. I’m Teo. I’m your adventure guide. Come along with me on a Konale countryside biking adventure. All right. What you’re seeing here, St. Barbara Necropolis, UNESCO heritage site in the middle of nowhere, forgotten in time and place. You are amongst 1% of visitors that see and know about this place. Right. And you get a little sneak peek down of the vast Konavala Valley. Rare piece of flat land amongst our entire coast. And believe it or not, we will end the tour all the way down there. [Music] Couple of things represented here. First, you have a shield just like the flag of the Brunick Republic SB St. the glaze holding the old town in his hand. On the other side, checkered board representing creation culture and heritage. Even though the Brunick was independent, they had a piece of their own independency. They were always considering theirel at least partially creation. And on both sides you have local families, dynasties of merchants and agricultures in the area uh that through their wealth and some political power stood out. [Music] All right, if all of your sizes fit and bikes are good, let’s get started. Follow me. [Music] completely restored water powered mill to the oldfashioned way dating 450 years ago. uh volcanic Greek rock transported to the Bronik was by far the most expensive part of this production. You have the corn inside. For example, now the mill is grinding the corn, producing the corn flour. But same method was used for wheat, for barley. And everything is the way it functioned 450 years ago with movements of the river powering the propeller like you can see in the corner old propeller. What remained of it? [Music] So, welcome to Bratto Wineards. So, my husband’s family is in this business since 1900. So they have a very long tradition of wine making and wine growing. We grow our wines on approximately two hectares of land which is 5 acres. Uh we having total 8,000 wines on two vineyards. This is our larger vineyard and the smaller one is just across the river.
