this is a gyro train and while it might look fake it actually existed back in the 1800s inside massive spinning gyroscopes created angular momentum which generated stability even when the train tilted as the gyroscope spun it allowed the train to maintain balance even on Sharp curves and although prototypes were built and tested these trains were never widely adopted due to the complexity and high costs
