Bridge Lane cycle way, A555 Cycle way, Pott Shrigley and poynton quiet roads to entrance at West Park gate which Leads to Lyme park.
You do not have pay this way and it cuts out the busy A6 full of trucks.

And also go past the JACKSONS DAIRY COW SHED that is new and sells various fresh farm mil etc food from vending machines
This video shows you the route to cycle from Bramhall Green to the free entrance of Lyme Park Country estate in Disley, Cheshire This pathway is leading to hazel grove Five ways There are aot of corns on this route that you can hear the tyres going over Approaching the fiveways in Hazel Grove going past the PEKING GARDEN CHINESE SHORTLY Making a right turn and heading for the A555 cycle way Making a left onto the A555 cycleway that leads to Pott Shrigley and Poynton you can see the cycle way in front My ebike is only 50% charged and its at least 14 mile round trip so I am going at a relaxed pace to save battery around 15 MPH Turning off now onto another cycle track that leads to a quiet road taking me to near JACKSONS DAIRY This bridge goes over the A555 Coming up to Jacksons dairy and making a right onto MIDDLEWOOD WAY ROAD Approaching the railway line. Be careful to look out for trains The temperature gets colder as we have dropped down alot in height and there is a stream that makes this road feel very cool even in summer Keep going straight along MIDDLEWOOD WAY ROAD Hills are no problem on an ebike even one only partially charged easily gets up these hills ANSON ENGINE museum is down this road On the right is a golf course Coming to the end of MIDDLE WOOD WAY ROAD and turning left onto Coppice Road in Poynton, Cheshire That is the Hum of the ebike engine. It sounds amazing This is a pedestrian tunnel coming up. It looks harmless but becareful when cycling through hear cars come through way to fast and if your in the bridge at the time they could be problems. Take extra precaution when going through this tunnel. If you come by car you could park on the left hand side and walk upto where I am cycling to and still come in your car and get in for free to Lyme Park Get ready to turn left onto another cycle track its on the sharp bend and hard to miss nice cottages in this area Keep cycling along this track and West Gate entrance to Lyme park is coming up on the right hand side West gate lodge you can see Please lcok the the padlock after going through gate so sheep cannot escape This pathwat through the gate leads to the West side of the park I just entered Lyme Park for free ! The pathway is a bit bumpy but ok for about half a mile and it leads West Park Car park I saw the park rangers doing something with string in the trees. I said hello to them but they did not respond. Coming upto West Gate Car park. The views here are amazing Please Make sure you lock the padlock after entering the gate as there are live stock Now I will ride to the MANOR HOUSE Through the gate The cafe is coming up on the right hand side. Also there are picnic tables around this area. The cafe was not open today The MANOR HOUSE is coming up There it is Now I will turn back This is the Cafe that is not open today. They do cakes, Ice creams ,tea,coffee and Sandwiches I enjoy the park when it is not busy This is a big hill but the ebike makes it easy to climb the hill even with a partially charged battery The suns coming out ! I walk my dog Lottie here Back to the gate look at these views It started to rain and some water on lens I found a conquer tree a nice conquer Back down the path way we came on about half a mile The pathway does fall away a bit and caution is needed. Best to go slower than I am going Theres the ranger putting string into a tree. Neither of them looked to say hello Going back through the gate onto the cycle way Remember to lock the gate so sheep do not escape that is west gate lodge. you can rent it for holidays Turn left out of West gate and head up the cycle way That hill was steep but the mike made it look easy. Turn right onto Coppice Lane Approaching the tunnel. A car comes through it very quickly it could be a nasty accident unless your very careful at this tunnle as cars come through very fast. The car that comes through is going way to fast. That gave me a shock This is an honesty box and you can put some money in and take some freshly laid eggs This is Coppice Lane These bus stop shelters are built really well. You could sleep in one of them ! Coming up to make a right onto Middle WOOD Road Follow this road all the way back down to JACKSONS DAIRY This is a very nice golf course here in Poynton Manchester Drizzle Coming upto the railway line there is a man whom looks after it but please be cautious here You can see right down the railway line This is Jacksons Hollow Cow shed a self service shed where you can buy Milk shakes,cakes,butter and they have a cycle rack and a picnic table. The vending machines take debit card or credit card Its raining hard now. I am glad I have my waterproofs on Back over the A555 bridge Right turn onto the cycleway that leads back onto the A555 cycle way back to the five ways hazel grove Through the chicane and turn right onto the A555 cycle way Cross the pelican crossing and head over to the Bridge Lane to Bramhall Green Cycle Way by turning right once you get across the road Right turn If you go left you can get to Manchester Airport Left onto Bridge Lane cycle way that leads to Happy Valley Bramhall Green I am not tired and I have done 14 miles This cycle way is great accept for when the drive ways take the cycle path up and down thats not very good. For £12 million I am surpised they did not sort those bumps out over the driveways The rain is heavy Hazel Grove High school is on the right hand side The three bears pub is on the right hand side and a chip shop called the dorchester which does nice fish and chips Hope you have enjoyed this ride.
