The 2026 Tour to France route has just been revealed in Paris, and it’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen before because for the first time in history, the Tour to France will finish with two days in a row on Alpez before the final day in Paris. And then stage 20 they’ll do it again but this time from the other side over the cuadelair the telegraph gibier and finally over to the cold dearen a route so steep and unpredictable it’s never been used in tour history. That’s the final before the last day in Paris. And for one man, Slovenian superstar Tatt Pugachar, this mountainous day could define his legacy. Pugacha heads into 2026 chasing his fifth Tur of France overall victory. A record shared by only a handful of legends. Jacon Catil, Eddie Mks, Bernardino, and Miguel Indrain. 5600 meters of climbing, four legendary passes, and the treacherous ascent of Sarin, the southeastern face of Alpawez. From Barcelona to Paris, from Mju week to Mont Mart, this tour isn’t just about who’s the strongest. It’s about who’s ready to make history. And for Pogachar, this might be the one that cements his legend.

  1. I drove up the Telegraphe then the Galibier this summer and the Galibier is fearsome – christ knows what it's like riding up the damn thing. To have that and the Sarenne with Akpe D'Huez for desert. This is crazy !!!!!
