I know a used bike would be a better value at this price range, but there's nothing worth getting near me, and the sooner I can go from walking to biking the better.
I don't think I need a 21 speed as I will only be doing 2-4 miles a day and typically only a mile at a time, over mostly flat pavement. The plus is aluminum while the cheaper one is steel, so I dunno how big a difference that makes. It would also be nice to put that extra $120 towards expedited shipping and things like lights and a rear rack.
