Boma from the famous spot at hugas bar in Valia as you could see back to a life we’re going to go for the group right going to hit fire I don’t know it’s 1500 maybe 2,000 M elevation around 100 km ride B yeah yeah like a different Arrow like a different person yeah yeah that’s how it should be nice so as you can see I would save today a few RS oh good oh good [Applause] okay it’s windy super where we’re going to take off [Applause] left and it’s going to be climbing hill we going from Northwest to Foya going to take the same road which was on Grand Fondo some of the climbs were like 20% steep over there I think not for too long but you know few hair pins job is job okay ladies is it here b b vter cuz Matt want to go his own Rhythm but I next few meters I think it’s uh not really I think it’s not really difficult until we very close to Foya yeah yeah because we can go together till the fin climb to Foya I think he’s going to do it easy Matt I think you’re going to do it it’s for me the hardest part was just before fire and there is a time to rest as well more L not not flat but it’s not crazy I think you can you can stick with us here easy yeah and it’s much better because yeah then you stay at the at the wheel here it’s better it’s beautiful here oh so nice and warm in the sun this is the most beautiful Road in alar I think he can do it yeah the last yeah yeah that’s that’s the worst uh keep Restless and in the between we have this like a little downhill section where you can rest as [Music] well we are on the north side of FO and it’s beautiful [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] now he’s going yeah zero cars it’s just like I mean you [Applause] see y wow look at Foya [Applause] you [Applause] Sasquatch country here’s the section when on Grand Fondo I had this second wind you know I start to feel good again had my rhythm and I catched a slower group and this was the only one time I was smarted during the grand fond I was like okay I’m going to stay with them a little bit and then uh after 5 minutes I wasn’t smart anymore ah I love this wow I love this so when I think about guys going to train in Spain I imagine go they go on roads like this or I think it’s just for example go for trainings can can them to mayca the nice thing is that you have such really options of group ridings you know yeah because every morning everywhere starts GRS that’s the only thing here at the West Coast it’s also nice the West Coast oh this is so beautiful here KN down [Applause] I want to enjoy this cuz this feels amaz this is what all the cycling is [Applause] about ripping the fast sections with your cycling bodies in beautiful scenery climbing beautiful climbs ah it’s just Al gar guys Al G you have to join us sometimes look at it so green during the to climb and as I remember the surface wasn’t that that perfect and this is the section when I met uh Leonard uh pretty cool guy who rides a lot here as well now my uh internet is uh it’s Sunday and it’s a Portuguese internet so it’s Domingo not working so beautiful I have to say I have different memories of this road yeah me too I cannot remember me too I remember only really grinding climbing but I think it’s still ahead of us yeah yeah I think there comes a turn to for y then it’s all the way uping yeah because so far so good all right so I think this is this direction I’m a model now we’re sending pictures to mat I think this is where the camera doesn’t do the justice but this is very Steep and it just gets steeper from there good that I have my a mustache so we sending messages to Matt cuz Matt is taking a little bit easier Pace cuz he’s not in shape today and uh you know you don’t have to push every time you know we not racing so as long as you do the whole Road you is still better than yesterday I’m wondering where the the other road goes cuz it looks beautiful as well we’re on the climbing section traditional Portuguese cork you said it’s 3 km now to the top yeah should be so the this 3 km is like closer to the top the steeper it gets the weather makes everything the weather makes everything everything so much more enjoyable it’s the hey guys that’s that’s was crying on the climbs but I made it maybe I don’t know 150 M behind the Benny which is always amazing it’s probably due to my AO mustache all right chill out coffee and we’re going to do the descent from Foya fastest descent around one of the fastest descents around I’m a tourist I am a tourist we’re like tourists today I mean the weather is you were right because the the pin which said to me that was the same way we also exactly same route we did I think so you made from from no no no I made this one you came from yeah okay because uh this Ro he went straight when we stopped for the second time and you said he’s 1 km behind us he went straight where we took the the the steep climb I saw this road but it looks shitty and I thought no can be it looks shitty and steep it was shitty you took this shitty Road no no it was like I I went straight and this road went up and it was like a shitty t no it’s when we stop and we for the second time yeah he went straight over there and we went up yeah but there I said you the do we send you a picture and a pin yeah but I okay yeah okay yeah that was okay on this point way I received your message with 45k yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I from everybody yeah but I have to say stop it’s too long for my balls to sit on this Frame sometimes yeah for me was nice because I was sitting just in regular position behind mut and just at the last last Corner uh-huh I uh accelerated went in the arrow position and then yeah you catch me I could hear you cuz when you yeah and when you have the barriers on the side it’s like okay but I knew matth is going to jump the the gun first cuz he was looking left and right yeah and he’s already going down like okay so he’s going to give me a speet stream Val de Maya this is how the locals call this climb and while I was doing this zone two and I see him another biker there yeah and I’m like now the zone two is destroyed you know and then I was practicing the poker face when I’m passing that person you cannot let anybody on the climb ahead of you it’s on no our climb the RS are simple I like this camera situation because nobody can about me being on the last wheel cuz you know I I have to film everybody and everybody wants to be in the video even if they say they don’t want to so you know chilling in a third wheel some nice gentleman letting us know he’s coming even though Matt has the
