Been looking at picking up this vintage bike on a local marketplace. Just wanted to know if it's actually low quality and I'm getting ripped off or is it as cool as I think? Not a bike expert, but I'm learning and I'm interested in potentially making a Neo-retro thing out of this. All advice appreciated.
