Alright, I’m looking for a commuter, I ride around 8 km a day in Melbourne AUS, few hills but not crazy, half of that is with kids 5 & 7 to school so I’m usually slinging 3 back backs over me on a shitty single speed and my back cant handle it any more.
Looking to splash out on a more comfy bike bike which can handle all my gear and the occasional shop of the way home. All bikes I want kit out with front and back racks with saddle bags i can load up with all the shit I need to carry with kids and work etc. so ill need to add around $450 to each bike so looking to spend around the $2k mark.
I’ve gone over to a few local bike stores which all carry different bike brands and have found 3 around my budget.
