My Dad Was abused and shouted at In Halfords Newport Maseglass 3rd of March 2021. His crime he was looking for radio for his car. He told me there were some buttons He did not know to push for the different radios. A young Girl Beth shouted at him to turn the music down. He told me that the button number six that he pushed, the radio was loud. He is parity, mid range deaf and disabled. The manager came down making circumnavigate trying to bush off what had taken place . My dad told me the manager said they did not like loud music. My dad understood that . The manager tried to say that a few people would just leave the music playing loud and would just walk off. My Dad tried to put a proposal to the Manager Simon, he could put a polite notice asking customers not to play to loud for to long. The manger said NO , labelling all customer the same. Terrible. The Manager Simon also informed my dad, Head office would be nothing and hand the complaint back to him. When my dad stated to Beth, he would shop at Halfords long before Beth was even born. She laugh at him. My DAD felt so terrible, he left the store and told my sister who was in a different store very close by what had taken place. Is this how you Treat people Halfords?. My Dad said he has never been treated this way ever by any store shop. He feels to frightened to use Halfords again.
