Hola, I just made the Bluto’s full service incl. new grease and oil. At the end I wasn’t able to fit the rebound knob back in. It doesn’t happen for the first time and I don’t know why. I also tested for fitment before screwing the screw back in and it clicks quite normally. My guess is, that the new service kit has a slightly smaller head and the hex on the rebound knob hits the valve in the air piston. It’s one of the first models (pre-2017) and with the same service kit I didn’t have any issues on another Bluto. I’m running out of ideas why that is and wanted to ask you all before throwing extra money in a new set. Any input is welcome!
