You might have seen cycling before, but maybe not quite like this. Olena Sheremet is a cycling instructor in Ukraine and teaches wild tricks to her students. Remarkably, she says no one has been injured learning the stunts. Sheremet says the workouts are so intense, each hour-long class can burn up to 700 calories. As InsideEdition.com’s Stephanie Officer finds out, she is looking to make the routines even more complex. #InsideEdition

wait what some people including this reporter can’t even ride a bike let alone pull something like this off olena Sharon may is a cycling instructor in crane and teaches these types of moves to some of our students of course everybody is struggling to get to that level but it’s like the the exercises that you’re doing in our classes and in the latus classes it’s just the some more basic exercises so that people can do that just anybody can do that through a translator ojas cemani alina told us that she was inspired to do these routines watching korean cycling videos like these but she wanted to tweak it so he could be even more physically challenging she says an hour of this will burn you anywhere from 600 to 700 calories part of the reason why she can make it look so easy because she’s been doing it for nearly a decade she’s been doing that for eight years and for eight years there has been no like some really severe an accident some clients did like hit me or scratch this you know like skin a bit but it was just because they were being inattentive or just not coordinated that’s not just by design Alanna has an instructor tries to observe her clients and every single client like I mean she comes up to every single sign and make sure that the exercise that they’re doing are fine and fit for them and if she sees that okay this is not gonna work out that person she’s gonna just change it the bed may be slowed down or just less complex kind of hard to imagine it could get harder than this but apparently it can only now hopes to participate in cycling competitions but her overall message don’t be intimidated she can’t do it everybody else it looks like a winner for Inside Edition dot-com I’m Stephanie officer

  1. This looks stupidly dangerous… the idea is to excercise, not to look like cycling spiderman and injure yourself in the process. Please stop promoting this

  2. No, no, no, NO! I'm a certified cycle instructor, and there is no purpose for doing these moves other than to show off or injure yourself. Don't overcomplicate a routine for the sake of flashy moves to the point that it becomes ineffective or dangerous.

  3. Thank you for showing us your gymnastics skills, but there is no place for this on a stationary spin bike. This is top 3 WORST instructors I've seen in my 12 years of teaching. This is absolutely ridiculous, and it should not be taught in a class EVER!
