From Jaipur, the Pink City, we rode through the flooded areas of Sambhar Lake, sharing the road with locals, cows, and monkeys, before arriving in the holy temple town of Pushkar. Along the way, we visited Pushkar’s Monkey Temple, experienced rain-soaked roads, and captured the authentic rhythm of Rajasthani life.

But, be careful as well while travelling around, because after 1000 years of Islamic and Colonial-Christian rule, and 70 years of "modern / pro-colonial" Nehruvian rule, and 35 years of globalisation & global culture, most Hindus have been largely converted to these other ways and are deprived of, and completely removed from their Hindu ideology, which their ancestors practiced, that taught them things like – "the whole world is my family", "treat guests, especially the unknown ones, as God", "women are the honour of the society", "treat all women as your mothers, sisters, and daughters", "…women are the manifestations of divine feminine…", "women are bringers and lords of prosperity, one who hurts women loses everything", Ahimsa…" , "God resides in all beings, all beings are sacred", " don't even hurt an ant unnecessarily…", "… "Your karma will never leave you, be very careful"…
