Hi all
Novice bikepacker here. Bought the tailfin product with the removable rear bag.
Front is fine and can put in the screws and torque but rear one side can't get the screw to sit flush in the recessed hole. Get a good number of turns and can attach the bag to the the rack no issue.
Also can't torque back screws on bag as the bracket gets in the way.
Is this an issue? Asking tailfin as well but they might not get back quickly.
