I assembled my new Grizl today and noticed that something is wrong with the rear derailleur. The chain is rubbing against the rear derailleur and the gear cable.
I tried to readjust the gears, but unfortunately without success.
Can anyone help me? What is the problem?

Nothing.. Cable just too long..
Modern dérailleur don’t leave space for excess cable..
If shifting fine. Cut. If not replace..
You should be able to bend the cable out out of the way by putting a ‘kink’ in it just past the pinch bolt.
Or try adjusting your B-limit screw. Your Canyon should have come with a white semi-circular cardboard card — the GG adjustment gauge — for proper set-up of the derailleur distance between the cage and the teeth of the biggest cog. Adjusting the screw will move the derailleur closer or farther away from the cassette.
Note… Your high and low limit screws (which you likely adjusted) only line up your derailleur with the smallest and biggest cogs respectively. They move the derailleur inboard and outboard. The B-limit screw moves it up and down. You may now want to watch a YouTube video to see how to set it up again as you’ve likely adjusted them out of place which will prevent shifting into the biggest and / or smallest cogs.
If the B-limit screw doesn’t fix this, your chain might too long by one link…
