Sadly, my old bike was stolen, but I'll use it as a chance to get a new one.
My old bike was a Bulls Desert Falcon 2 with rim brakes and Ultegra. It was my first bike and I had a lot of fun with it. Now I want a slight upgrade.
Since I bought my last bike at a store, the selection was limited. I tried to understand every bike brand and their model ranges, but it just takes a lot of time.
Normally I ride quite long distances on tarmac and am looking to get into racing and triathlon at some point next year.
I looked at some typical brands like Specialized tarmac, Trek domane, and Bianchi infinito. My budget is around €2000–€2500. I am mostly looking for used ones.
Do you have any suggestions?
For which which features should I look? do I need an ultegra or does a 105 is also okay? Maybe even an electric gear shift?
