Episode 3 of the Basque Country Bike Tour takes us from Saint-Jean-de-Luz to Espelette — a 38-mile ride packed with steep climbs, rich history, and a little magic. Along the way, we cross into Spain, pass through Zugarramurdi, home of the Basque witch trials and mystical caves, before returning to France and the vibrant town of Espelette, famed for its red peppers, the Piment d’Espelette.
