In today’s bike trip we’ll explore the south of the 2nd arrondissement (borough) of Lyon, with the neighborhoods of Perrache & Confluence.
The first one is an historically popular area that was renovated, and the second one is a former industrial area, completely rebuilt since the 2000’s.
The Confluence neighborhood is still evolving a lot, we’ll see areas full of life, but also places still being built, or even just planned.

I’m LyonFietser, I’ve lived in Lyon for over 4 years and I make chill silent videos where I ride my bike in or around the city, with subtitled commentaries. Hope you enjoy the content!

When I was an exchange student, I used to live in Cours Charlemagne close to the Patinoir. So I'm very fond of this part of Lyon. I'm glad to the that the Confluence is evolving and that there're plans for future developments.
great tour! enjoyed the views
