Updating TET Finland Section 13

The Update Option 1 was destroyed by 1 traffic sign.
Update Option 2 would be the same situation that we have now in Section 13… Will not take the risk!
And Option 3 is already too boring.
So I will choose the Option 1 but it will be different than the original plan. Riding with @OrdinaryGraveller
