I just want to share these photos for those thinking about fitting wide tyres to their 2025 Canyon Aeroads.
I’ve fitted Pirelli P Zero TLR RS 30mm front and 32mm rear tyres to a Reserve 52 64 wheelset which has internal widths of 25.4mm front and 24.4mm rear. On the wide rims the front measures 33.3mm and the rear measure 34.4mm.
There are absolutely no issues with clearance in the front, you could fit a 38mm or maybe even a 40mm in the front (if you are deranged).
The rear comfortably fits the 34.4mm tyre with 6mm clearance to the SRAM Rival AXS front derailleur and 5mm clearance to the seat stays and chain stays. You could probably go slightly wider but not too much.

Nice. Keep in mind that the tire will widen by approx. another 1 mm after a couple of hundred kilometres.
Yeah, that tyre clearance on aeroad is pretty amazing. I no problem fitted 35mm tyre with real world measurements measured nearly 37mm with 4mm chainstay clearance, aboslutely perfect.
