I’m in Copenhagen right now and I’ve got the rain. I’m meeting up with Rowan. I’m just here for 24 hours. Cuz we belong in the orange. Drive around. I can’t call them in my mind like a thong. It’s like a Yeah, like genuinely buying flip flops like that joy. I think they’re really good in the rain. My ballet flats are leather. Oh my god. Yeah, Burks just don’t belong in Denmark. Hi and welcome back. I haven’t sat down and spoken to the camera in so so long. So, I hope that there is enough context in all the videos that I am sharing. I’m going to use a microphone for this. This video will mainly be about the 24 hours that I spent in Copenhagen. This is also kind of just like every week feels like it’s packed here, but this was a very exciting week. Um, just with the activities, but then also the wedding party that we had, which was the most fun. I’ve had a party in a really long time. And then I went to go visit Rowan in Copenhagen. I wanted to sit down and talk about Clarissa Spectre because it kind of relates to how I’ve been feeling about uh filming and documenting things, especially with Agua Viva, which is a reread. If you guys watch Moy Mini, she’s a YouTuber who I love and she talked about how in Aguiva cuz this is about the present and time and living life accordingly. It’s a really abstract book and it’s pure vibes. I think that’s what I wanted to say in in general about Clarice. The two books now that I’ve read from Clarice Spectre, she’s very musical. Like I’ve said all this before because Agua Viva was the first one that I read of hers. In Agu Viva Clarice talks about like capturing the is of the thing and I think I mean I don’t know what the camera’s going to pick up. There is never a quiet moment. We’re in we’re kind of living in dorms so it’s like it’s like Gracie Abrams song right now like people 24/7. It’s the best and and a curse. I do quite love it though. It’s been It’s really fun to just hang out in each other’s rooms. But anyway, I don’t even know what I was saying. I Okay, I was saying a viva. Yeah, I was saying that Moya already talked about it. Yeah, but it doesn’t just have to relate to people who make videos even. I think it’s just about like docu like people who journal to remember their life, take photos, make photo albums perhaps make videos but don’t share them uh with the wider world. Like, you know, they just make it for them and their family and their friends. I think it’s really important to document your life and it’s not narcissistic or uh you know thinking the world revolves around you. I think everyone’s life is important and uh physical media is becoming uh increasingly important as the internet and the cloud expands. I just think and there’s so much um internet uh clutter and digital clutter that it’s very likely that a lot of us are going to lose lots of our photos that we’ve taken or things that we’ve posted. I don’t think anything’s safe that we’ve posted online either uh in the sense that it could just delete one day. Which reminds me, I need to backlog my YouTube videos in case YouTube just explodes one day and then all the videos are gone. But um yeah, I think it’s important to uh print out your photos and and kind of just like reinspired my love for filming and documenting here. I think it’s really easy to film and do vlogs here because everything’s new and exciting and I’m around people all the time. I think people inspire me the most. I like um I find talking to the camera hard. I’m I’m a lot better at it now and feel more comfortable doing it. But I kind of just love having conversations with people and having the camera there and not talking to the camera, talking to someone in my life or just capturing other people live cuz I think it’s really beautiful and it’s really easy. It’s really really easy to do here. And then Mine’s worse. Mine’s worse though, guys. Um it’s Friday. The wedding is today. Oh, it is. Oh my god. Yes. We’re getting ready by lifting weights and then playing handball. Chris is here. We had a good weightlifting session. I’ve got a banana. Absolutely. Just blew up the toilet. I’m ready for handball training. Did you have Ry bread for breakfast? Yesterday’s ride. Yeah. Yeah. It’s a mini camera today. Chris has blessed us with his presents at school to come see us. Yeah.
