Leads arrive at Molyneu looking for their first away point of the Premier League season. Their opposition today are looking for their first point of any kind this season. Wolves currently bottom of the table. The lead United side is the same as the one that started the game against Fulham last Saturday. Coming back onto the bench, Joel Peru. Harry Gray also named amongst the subs. So, it’s got to be a space to run into here. Goodness. And he takes the opportunity. He’s in the penalty area and he gets the ball back and he’s put through and he’s put the ball across the middle and they play it up towards the edge of the penalty area and there’s a clean break and there’s an opening goal. It all fell apart for lead through the middle there. Really, really poor goal for Lead United to concede up in that Wolves half. Jadden Bogle will try and cross it in and Calbert Leuen with a header. Dominic Calvin Leuen with a wonderful headed goal for leads. Bogles cross. Calbertt Lewin is off the mark. It’s Wolves one leads one now. Calbertt Lewin and then he’s bundled over right on the edge of the D. Free kick now. Stack drives it. How about that? That’s an absolute belter from Antonak. It flies into the top corner of the net. Superb free kick. Leads are in front. Wolves one, leads two. Loops up in the air, but it’s still gone. Goes and Darlow at full stretch. It was a terrible long throw, but it almost worked, but suddenly Stack picks it up for Leads. Here’s Okafor Leeds have got another. Stack carried it through the middle. Played in Okafur and Okafur did the rest. Wolves have found a bit of space down the right and the ball is whipped into the middle and it’s knocked down to the edge of the penalty area. Great save Darlow. Terrific reaction stop. Goodmanson trying to get in front of Chachoa but Chacho has got away from him and it’s come back for him on the edge of the box and he’s still in there and there’s still the chance for Xiao Gomez to shoot. Leads throwing themselves into challenge after challenge there. Helps it down the line. Lovely ball from Jack Harrison into the path of Anton Stark. Moving forward now is Goodmanson the box. Goodmanson into the penalty area. Cuts it back. Oh, it’s just spun away from Calbert Leuen and Aaronson. That’s it. Leads United have claimed the first away win of the Premier League season and it has been a really really good performance to earn those three points. Leads having gone behind early on and Leads have deservedly come out on top. It has finished here on an excellent afternoon in the West Midlands. Wolves won, Lead United three.
