Hi all!
A couple months ago, I saw the US canyon store selling a Gear Groove computer mount that coupled with their FLASH 800 light; the same product wasn't on their German store at the time.

Now, I can buy the same mount on the German store, but not as a set with their light. In fact, it won't even say which lights can be attached to it.

Does anyone have this mount and know? Is there some sort of light standard that I need to look for that will fit in it?

Thanks a lot!

  1. I can’t use that mount on my bars but I have another one for my Garmin 540 unit. So for a light I got a Ravemen FR300 ANT+ that uses a Garmin mount and works like an extender I can lock the Garmin (or a Wahoo unit) into on top. It’s a bit bulky in use but no clutter on the bar.

Point being: You can buy the very similar *Canyon GEAR GROOVE Computer Mount* and buy one of Ravemen’s products from the FR series for it. It’s probably not a solution for trails or very dark roads.

The Ravemen lights do have flash functionality and might be technically illegal in Germany but you can buy them on Danish bike shops like [https://www.pulsure.dk/](https://www.pulsure.dk/) (they appear to ship to Germany).

I got the Raveman FR500 from Amazon a few days ago during Prime Day. It snaps into the mount then my computer snaps into the light. It all fits together securely but my first night test run is tomorrow.
