A long time ago I used to spend my hard-earned money at Lorne Atkinson's Ace Cycle in Vancouver, British Columbia. Atkinson was a former racing cyclist who lived above the shop. Every so often I would see him out riding with his friends, always on a Cinelli. Bike-mad younger me would admire these bikes hanging in the shop every time I went in to buy another part for the Witcomb frame I was gradually building up. Fast-forward 5 decades to last weekend, when I finally decided it was time to have my own. This is my new-to-me 1964 Model B, almost entirely original right down to the "C" markings on the cotter pins. Never thought I'd be back on tubulars. All I added was a pair of Blumels Lightweights, toeclips and straps.
