  1. Hopefully this is on on-topic enough! I’m about a month into commuting by bike, I posted in here a few years ago before I got a job in the more “city” part of my city. Recently got my license, and oddly enough learning to drive gave me the bravery needed to bike into where I work now.

    Here’s some stats from my whoop estimating my VO2 max, never seen this big of a change in a short time! I’ve definitely been feeling the benefits, now starting to see it in the health nerd data 🤓

    I’d been commuting via bike for almost 20 years before Covid swapped me to WFH. Suddenly went from 125-175 miles of biking per week to … maybe 5? My feedback was just seeing my body morphing into a shape I didn’t like.
