Hello there!
I’m a bit concerned about the noises my bike makes when I tighten or loosen the seat post screw.
So far, I’ve been telling myself it’s normal, since I’ve read several times that it shouldn’t affect the frame.
However, as the noises appear almost every time I adjust the screw, I wanted to ask for your opinion and see if you’ve experienced similar sounds. The loosening part in the video is more representative of what I’m referring to.
Never tightened the screw to more than 5nm (torque wrench) and no issues while driving, just when tightening/loosening the screw.
I’d really appreciate any feedback!

Pull the seatpost out and inspect it for dents or ridges. Canyon shipped me a new one and a new clamp. Use carbon paste inside the frame all around the hole and at the wedge for a secure fit. Don’t smear it on the seatpost like in the video, apply it directly inside the frame with your finger.
