The final ERC qualifying stage of the season in Croatia would be vital to our three championship hopefuls. Title race front runner Miko Maric backing up his strong free practice form with the fastest time and lead road position that comes with it on Saturday. And Mabalini begins only two points behind the Polish star with drop scores taken into account. But an early slide on the dirty road would prove costly. The Scoda driver more than 3 seconds off the pace. [Applause] John Armstrong may be more of an outside bet in the championship fight, but it would be a strong start too from the Keradigian winner. Just over 2 seconds slower than March through this 6 km test. [Music] And it would be a warm welcome back to Mads Osberg. The Norwegian competing in his 300th rally won the first WRC2 round in Croatia four years ago and with another new co-driver alongside an Irishman Len Moore set a fine second best time. Well, just behind in third was another pole in Yakab of Mulka. The talented 25-year-old hoping to bounce back after crashing out from a strong position in Wales last time out. [Music] With a number of WRC2 regulars competing as a warm-up round ahead of the incoming Central Europe rally, Estonian star Robert Vz is set to make his mark after claiming the fourth fastest time in qualifying. cant wait for the next WRC event though. ERC i think act like an F2 division in formula racing to WRC.
