Today is day 129 of riding my bike around the world and day 13 of riding my bike in France. We started off the day passing this massive paper mill. They had like huge piles of wood chips and just like different stages of wood processing and it smelled so much like sulfur which is like my least favorite smell ever. But anyway, we were on some more beautiful path today. France has really just been so awesome for the bike path. Um the EV1, I can’t recommend it enough. We are slowly making our way towards Spain. Actually, not slowly. We’re very close to the border with Spain. Um, so we’ll probably get there in the next couple of days. And I think we’re planning on taking like one more rest day in France. We want to just like make sure we eat all the French food, have some wine. We want to get our bikes tuned up and get a little bit of work done before heading into the next leg cuz after Spain, we’re going to be heading to Morocco and then, yeah, have a lot of miles left in front of us. And we want to make sure we’re feeling very good and prepared and well rested. So yeah, that’s basically all we did today. And that’s my little update on the route and what’s to come.
