Cycling2Adventure – My Specialized Diverge Setup for LEL 2025
For the London-Edinburgh-London 2025 ride, I’ll be tackling the 1,500 km challenge with my Specialized Diverge Expert S-Works 2018, modified for endurance, efficiency, and comfort.
My wheel choice is the Zipp 303 Firecrest, offering the perfect balance of aerodynamics and durability. I’m running a mullet drivetrain setup, featuring a SRAM 10-52T cassette paired with an XX1 rear derailleur, giving me the range I need for any terrain.
To maximize comfort on long rides, my cockpit is fully upgraded with Redshift components. The Redshift Top Shelf handlebar and Cruise Control drop grips provide better ergonomics, while the Redshift ShockStop seatpost smooths out road vibrations. My Infinity E1 saddle ensures all-day comfort, and the Redshift Aero Bars allow me to get into a more aerodynamic and relaxed position when needed.
My tire choice for LEL 2025 is the Continental GP5000 RS in 32mm, offering a fast yet comfortable ride with excellent grip and durability.
This bike is built for ultra-distance performance, and I’ll be putting it to the test on Cycling2Adventure—follow my journey to LEL 2025!

Nice bike
How’s the infinity seat ? Any pressure on the perinium ?
are you planning to use a dynamo?
If I recall, I think one of your videos was part of why I bought the red shift suspension post, and if I can get riding along enough, I may get those red shift clip on bars as well, like you, for comfort. Enjoy and safe riding.
🥱
Safe flight over to London UK. What time is your departure? See you on the LEL.
