Is this a good price for a Cannondale CAAD 2?

Hiya, I know absolutely nothing about bikes but I’m looking to buy my first as an adult and taking a look at this one later today

Is this a good price? The description is on the last slide where he says it has some new Schwalbe marathon tyres worth nearly £100 on their own so I’d assume so
