My escape to Mexico was abruptly cut short, leaving me no choice but to jump on a plane and fly to another foreign country. After 16 hours in the air, I’m landing in Barcelona, Spain. [Music] Steven is holding a Stark Var sign picking me up at the airport in a van and dropping me off at my hotel. It’s raining really hard, so I’m resting for the big days ahead of me. It is a beautiful day in sunny Barcelona. I’m being dropped off at the Stark factory, which is 10 times bigger than I expected. Stark invited one rider from Italy, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Australia, and the United States to try their new unreleased bike. Somehow, I ended up as the one pick for the American rider. I can’t show the unreleased bike yet, but this is a Nike collab Stark Var matching these shoes before I enter the factory. I have to put on this vest and cover my shoes. I’m still feeling fly. I wasn’t allowed to film inside the factory, but I did get this photo and I was blown away by everything I saw. On the second floor, we see where the engineers cook and the first ever Stark Var with Vin 000000. After a quick coffee break, we had a private meeting with Anton Was, the CEO of Stark Future, and then went out to our first filming location with the new unreleased Stark bikes. They rented out a GT3, which was difficult to unload, and trust me, I understand that as a Porsche owner myself. They also rented out the world’s oldest racetrack, which the camera does no justice for. The turns are so steep and tall, they’re practically the side of a fivestory building. And the only way to stick to it is going full throttle at full power. Here I’m the last of the three bikes, but I’m blurring us out until the new bike is released. [Music] It was crazy, too. We had the police flying over us because they thought we broke in. Police. It’s the next morning. I’m back at the Stark Factory meeting up with their pro rider Eddie Carlson, a world champion enduro rider that’s going to show me some Spanish off-road before I show him how we do things downtown. When you travel, you end up going to a lot of touristy places and you don’t see the real country a lot of the time. I feel like this is a great way to do it. Jump over it. So, we’re pulling up to one of the most famous skate spots. If you skate or watch skate videos, there’s a skater right there. You’ll recognize where we’re about to roll into. This is one of the most famous ledges and stair sets in the world of skateboarding. Makba. So, it’s a museum, but people just skate the [ __ ] out of it. This is actually a road where you’re supposed to drive, but there’s this many pedestrians. Man, if only everybody here had a stark var, we’d all be going so fast right now. Look at that. What the [ __ ] I think we got off course a little bit, but this is quite a lovely spot to get lost in. Cathedral de Barcelona, but it’s not the big one. That’s our last stop. Concert right here under the cathedrals. Badass. Some crazy [ __ ] going on over there. Off to the next spot. There’s so many cool things to see here. So this is monument column which is actually a great name for it based on the looks. [Music] It was police on the right side. I drop down and then you come like oh no. Holy [ __ ] The aura. You can feel it. This building is three times older than America. Wow. It’s even bigger than I thought it would be. That is what she said. Are they rebuilding that? Yeah. It looks better the old way. I walked around this little lake for a better view. Antonio Raudin is the famous Catalan architect that designed a lot of the most famous buildings in the city. And Faria was the last building he actually built and he died while finishing it. It’s always under construction and people just come visit it every now and then to see what’s different, you know.
