I am 5’10 with an inner leg length of 30in. I’m planning to use this bike to train for a 70.3 just wondering if you guys went with what the chart suggested. Planning to get the aero bars as well. Any tips welcome.

I do not trust these recommendations. I bought a bike for a person 2-3″ taller than me, but the manufacturer’s frame schematic showed that the seat tube length was the same as my other bikes. I bought the “too big” frame bike and fit perfect. I don’t get the small frame recommendations. What size bike fits you now? Which size in this manufacturer is the same. Buy that one.
I’m 3” shorter than you but same legs. Mine fits great. You probably want a longer stem. Not sure how you order it that way…
The proprietary bar stem situation on this bike is annoying. Customizing after you’ve bought is a big pain in the ass. I wouldn’t recommend this bike for that reason….
No, you are not an XS. I’m 5’11” with similar leg length. I ride a medium Canyon, and I put a longer stem on.
