I have an ebike that goes 28mph on throttle but i had it to 35 down hill and use pedals, but the frame is really not safe over 28mph, i usually ride around 20mph, safety 1st

You make them almost go like 100 but it would be classed as a motorcycle at that point I think depending on the state you can register it as a motorcycle but since e bikes are still new and laws are still not up to date but it needs some modifications to make it safe for speeds like that
