Hi All, I find the Fizik Vento Argo X3 that came with the bike to be horrendous, 6 months of daily 44km round trip commute on my old bike and not a single issue, 2 weeks on the Fizik and I am getting saddle sores.

Because they are cheap and seem to get reasonably good feedback I am going to be ordering a Ryet Aircode tomorrow and I am unsure of which finish I should get. One is the typical 3D printed honeycomb and one has a finer top layer print.

Does anyone have experience with both or either and can give me your thoughts? Is there a comfort, longevity, wear and tear on bibs difference?

Also, huge shout out to Will at Canyou Aus/NZ. Instead of me paying $49 shipping for a $55 part to get saddle rails adapter from Germany he was able to post me one from the Aus HQ which brought the postage down to $12. The parts to fit this saddle will cost me the same as the saddle itself lol.

  1. I also hated that saddle and swapped it out for the slr boost which is great for me. I’ve had plenty of different ones over the years and found that fizik one terrible. I can’t remember one I disliked more.

Those carbon saddles you posted have oval rails I believe and won’t fit your bike without the optional canyon adaptor if I’m not mistaken. Take care you ensure they work for you.
