Today I got to go back to the park that started it all.
I started mountain biking in 2017, in my local park was hunchback hill, in Wodonga.
It was on the shit list of the local environmentalists. Well they said they were environmentalists, but im pretty sure they were just the neighbours, looking complain, and say anything to get locals to listen. Some how the river flooded because the mountain bike park was built.
But I must carry on. In September 2018, I moved to Adelaide, in October 2019, I moved to Townsville, in 2023 I moved to Brisbane, and 7 years later im back in Wodonga on course for work (bonus points if you can guess what I do for a job. If you know, you know).
Well not long after I moved, the crazys got exposed as crazy, and improvements were made. I saw the new climbing trail was built, but I wouldn't be able to ride it. On the off chance one of the hunchback hill locals is following, you had a great park, and now its even better again.
