Just scored this bad boy from Marketplace for an excellent price. I believe it is a custom order Panasonic PICS from the late '80s. Titanium frame, Shimano 600 brakes and rear derailleur, campy shifter and front derailleur. Seat post is unfortunately stuck and someone appears to have tried to drill through it to get some leverage to remove it. Any information on these guys would be much appreciated!
