Had a tough winter with a lot of sickness (toddler in daycare), so haven't been out on the bike for a long time.
Woke up on my day off, it was warm and I felt good so I headed out for a gentle 50km out and back on the rail trail near me. Not the most challenging ride ever, but very beautiful and just what I needed.
